The Reset is a three-week ritual journey created for mothers, caregivers, and women who have been giving from an empty cup for too long.

This isn’t about pushing yourself to become a better or more productive version of yourself. It’s an invitation to slow down, receive, and intentionally make space for yourself again.

Over three weeks, I prepare and work with one Reiki-infused candle each week, creating a continuous ritual container centered around release, restoration, and renewal.

Choose How You Receive

I hold the ritual for you.
Your candles stay with me and are worked at my altar on your behalf. I’ll send you a weekly reflection and check in with you throughout the three weeks.

You don’t need to perform anything yourself. This option was intentionally created for the person who already feels like she has enough to do.

OR

You hold the ritual at home.
I’ll prepare and ship all three candles to you with instructions for each week. You’ll light and work with them from your own space while still receiving the same weekly support and check-ins from me.
